[Phpwiki-talk] new releases still emminent

In the long tradition of open source software, I've missed my own target
date of 10/31 for a release (two, in fact).

I'm behind on a project that has taken longer than I thought it would (a
little dynamic site in PHP), and now a friend has passed away and I have
to drive NYC -> Cleveland (9 hours) and back over the weekend, so most of
that time will be lost too.

I will try to roll out the tarballs tonight. We'll have to settle for an
All Saint's Day release instead of a Halloween release (here in the USA,
at least :0) so look for 1.2.1 and 1.3.1.
