[Phpwiki-talk] Allowing non-pre monospaced text

I can't find the exact message in the archives, but someone a while ago
mentioned that they wanted to have inlined monospaced text, ie using <tt>
rather than <pre>. This bugged me, since I wanted it too, but the proposed
syntax -- {{monospaced}} -- struck me as cumbersome.

The other day it hit me -- why not use the underused backtick? My
PersonalWiki now supports __bold__, ''italic'', and ``monospaced`` text.
It works really well and is easy to type, so I'd ask you to consider
adding this feature to PhpWiki.
