I've put a section on saying to upgrade or disable CSS (When I have to use NS4 I always do this), but I'd much rather it looked as good as possible to everyone. The ProperTreatment wiki (http://www.digitas.harvard.edu/usemod/bin/wiki?ProperTreatment) which I have based my stylesheet on uses UseMod and it seems to work around the problem by not putting <HR> tage in a <P></P> tag. I know this isn't a bug in PhpWiki I'm just looking for a way to accommodate for the bugs of NS4.
