[Phpwiki-talk] dbx again

That was remarkably easy to do. I wrote a little page to list the
pagenames from the phpwiki database just using the dbx examples page
(http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.dbx-query.php).

It goes without saying that we need to move to a library like this one...
I will probably go ahead and make a copy of schema.mysql as schema.dbx and
put that in CVS.
