Actually, yes; Netscape has a 32k limit in most versions [though not all].
Internet explorer has no limit that I've  found [and have some pages over
100k]. The netscape limit is rather annoying -- the text box becomes
delete-only. A few well-intentioned users intent on saying something managed
to delete some things on the NBTSCWikiWiki a bit ago -- =sigh=
