[Phpwiki-talk] alpha site updated

Sourceforge recently fell back to the backup development server, for
reasons I don't know. This caused the loss of the new crontab I wrote and
the alpha site did not update yesterday and today.

I updated it by hand today and reinstalled the crontab.
