I notice that the PhpWiki at SourceForge has at the bottom of every page: 5 best incoming links: ... 5 best outgoing links: ... 5 most popular nearby: ... Are these part of the PhpWiki distribution? I have installed version 1.1.9 at my site (http://ccls1.cse.unsw.edu.au/~malcolmr/nomicwiki/) and it does not show this information.
