[Phpwiki-talk] DBM support

I have just completed a new version of dbmlib.php that now also defines
GetWikiPageLinks et cetera, and an alternative version of InitMostPopular
(it sorted alphabetically and not numerically). I have also defined the
function RemovePage so pages can now be removed.

Whom do I send this to?
