[Phpwiki-talk] Cutover from wiki_*php3 to lib/*.php

Tomorrow I am going to make some filename changes:

All wiki_*php3 files will live in lib/*.php. This was discussed on the
list months ago, and can provide for better security *if* the admin blocks
browser access to the directory. I found that naming the files *.inc
allows browsers to see the plain text of the files, and that's a little
too "open source" for my comfort. As .php files they are executed, as they
would be now as wiki_*php3, but the source cannot be viewed.

index.php3 will become index.php; this is for consistency, bringing the
project "up to date" and to please the several requests I've gotten for
this.

Voice objections/criticisms by then, or request a delay if you don't have
time to make one.
