I added two new markup rules tonight. I want to do away with the use of
tabs in the markup language since tabs are too difficult to use in Windows
browsers. Right now we have:

* one level
** two levels
*** three levels
# one
# two
## one
## two

and it seems to be working. It was a trivial change, but I think it will
be a breath of fresh air.

I am not going to implement the <dt><dd> tag set (term/definition) since
noone uses them (even in HTML noone ever used them).

The old rules are still in there as well. I've added TestPage which I hope
to be a page that tests all the markup rules and we'll always have a
quick and easy way to verify it all works.
