[Phpwiki-talk] 1.03 + 1.1.6b == 1.1.x

After some grevious hacking I got the two older Wikis on Sourceforge
merged into the one at http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/.

A few notes:

* the 1.03 porting script worked very nicely 

* DO NOT try to use it with a 1.1.4-1.1.5 PhpWiki. Bad things happen.  

* References were lost going from 1.1.6b -> 1.1.x but I'm not sure why. 
It might be because at one point I loaded 1.03 into 1.1.6b, and then got
the previous version of the FrontPage from the archive and Nicholas' Open
Source links were gone. 

Otherwise I think I will switch the link from 1.1.6 -> phpwiki and all
that needs to be done to bring it up to date is cvs update -d
periodically. I should probably only do that with tagged releases but I'm
impulsive sometimes. ;-)
