[Phpwiki-talk] initial cvs import/commit

Hi,

I've uploaded versions 1.0.3 and 1.1.4 to the CVS.
1.0.3 is tagged "release-1_0_3" and 1.1.4 is named
(you guessed it) "release-1_1_4"


Also, I have two patches I could add:

- headings: "!" in first column of line
	! makes a h3
	!! makes a h2
	!!! makes a h1

- enforce no hyperlinking with !WikiName


Should I add those patches?
