Initial Comment:
We have various issue with phpwiki regarding encoding
set. The 'õ' and  'û' characters  came back  as
"&#<number>;" These  are the  ones which  different
form latin-1 in latin-2, and used in Hungarian.       
               
                                                      
                         
We use 1.3.5pre from cvs and we have also the same
issue with stable version.            
                                                      
                         
Is it a known issue ?
