[Phpwiki-talk] email verification?

On the admin page, I see a section for user management and email
verification, but I don't see in config.ini how to enable email
verification. I'd like new users to register with an email address. The
wiki would then send them an email with a link to click to be authorized.
It sort of looks like the systme is supposed to be able to do that, but I
can't figure out how to enable it.

Ideas?
