[Phpwiki-talk] How to change the current owner of a page?

Hi can anyone tell me, or point me to documentation on how to change the
owner of a page?
Basically I created a page, but want to assign a new owner so that he/she
can control the
content and lock it down.  phpwiki version 1.3.12p.3. Thanks, Marvin.
