[Phpwiki-talk] losing authentication

On 1.3.12p2 I am having trouble with the admin account not staying
authenticated (I would like to load the dump I made from my 1.2 wiki).  

 

I have tried USE_DB_SESSION = true and false without any change in
behaviour.

I have tried USER_AUTH_POLICY = stacked and old without any change.

 

I have AUTH_SESS_USER = userid.

 

Frankly I don't understand how the authentication setup works well enough to
know where to look.  Any recommendations?
