[Phpwiki-talk] proper permissions for config.ini and other files?

This is a newbie question.

I'm not sure what permissions to set for my phpwiki files.  Obviously  
this is of special concern for config.ini because it has the admin  
password.

I wasn't able to find the answer in the archives or online.  Thanks  
in advance for your help.
