[Phpwiki-talk] memory usage

As of the the recent changes to EditToolbar.php, the memory requirements
for the edit page have increased significantly, at least on my system: I
used to be able to do everything but load a virgin wiki using under 8MB,
but now the edit page won't load for me without the memory limit set to
13MB.

It worries me that basic functionality no longer works under the default
memory limit for PHP (which is 8MB).
