[Phpwiki-talk] CreateToc plugin

Hello,

I modified the CreateToc wiki again because it was produsing lot's of
errors (with double quote, with wiki text, ...).
How do you wish I contribute my modif ?
* Against CVS version ?
* Inculding my old patch that allow a automatic counter usage ?
* Throught patch manager ?

Moreover, I still have problems with links inside title like:
!! test http://toto.com
!! test ma...@to...
Because TransformInline function (I still coding against 1.3.10 :/)
doesn't transform such text to html.
