[Phpwiki-talk] How to create Main Menu

Hi!

I'd like to create a template layout based on the homepage
www.cowiki.org. The reason is, that coWiki requires PHP5 - but I have
to stick to PHP4 because of Mambo. How would you create such a main
menu?

Any Ideas?
