I know the problem but not the solution yet. It's just an notice which you
can forget or disable by setting DEBUG = 0

It came from ArchiveCleaner, deleting older archives.
The workaround is to disable archive cleanup as described in config.ini

MAJOR_MIN_KEEP = 2147483647
MINOR_MIN_KEEP = 2147483647
