[Phpwiki-talk] phpwiki.sf.net site changes

Per the new sessions_state structure

I fixed the dba demo wiki => http://phpwiki.sf.net/demo/dba/

session_state is now under /tmp/persistent/phpwiki/session_state
Not with perfect perms yet, I'll write a short helper which will 
recreate the session_state structure as nfsnobody, not to bother the 
sf.net support.

We also had to move from gdbm to db4, since sf.net dropped gdbm support. 
Sigh.
