I just installed the current version of 1.3.x and I can use dba. My
configurator shows...

I pretty much know what flatfile is, but what is cdb and db3?=20

flat file appeals to me because the files are more universal because
they are stored as text and can be copied and referenced without
PHPWiki if needed. I don't want to store my pages in some kind of
format where I can't open them unless PHPWiki is working, even if it
means sacrificing some features.
