[Phpwiki-talk] Open link in new browser?

Hi,
Is there a simple way to make an external link on a wiki page open a new
browser window, rather than replacing the wiki page?
I know I can right-click and say 'open in new browser', but I'd like to
make it the default behavior for links to sites outside the wiki.
