[Phpwiki-talk] How to create a new user?

i have installed PhpWiki, but my page doesn't have the "Log in" or any
kind of user creation.

The problem I have is that in the package I downloaded from SF earlier
this week, there is no file named README.phpwiki-auth in the doc
directory or any other directory
