[Phpwiki-talk] Permissions issue again?

I'm running PHPwiki RC3 on Fedora Core 3 with php-4.3.11-2.5 and using
flatfiles for my DB.

It had been running for a couple of months without any problems, but
sometime recently it started failing with the following error:

to open stream: Permission denied

I know that I didn't change anything on the machine (I'm the only
user).  It just spontaneously started happening.
