Reini, I think having a release candidate is a very positive step forward! However, I am confused. "Known problems?" It can't be a release candidate unless you intend to release with all those problems (which maybe you do?). It is not bad to release with some bugs if they are not critical; all major software has bugs. However, the way it sounded below was that there was going to be more work before actual release. Then it's not an RC.
