Yes, it must be 1.3.10. Now I never used 1.3.10 but I have heard that =
there were many problems.  If you want something quick, try
getting the latest from CVS.  If not, hopefully in the next few weeks =
there will be 1.3.11=20

At least the UPGRADE file starts with "UPGRADING from 1.3.9", and I did =
not download it from CVS. So it must be 1.3.10, right?
