Reini,
  I just gave the the cvs HEAD as spin on my test server, and everything
seems to still work :-)

  One thing that seems to still be broken is the page rename on the admin
screen.

  I'm going to roll this version live and see how well it stands up.

I'm quite fed up with my slow THEME=blog advances.
Missing is plugin BlogJournal and the two blog links (permlinks and 
comments). So I will probably not include it into the upcoming 1.3.11 
release, unless someone else jumps in.
Attached is the current BlogJournal.

What is missing now is to test against:
* the lately reported strict auth problems,
* basic wikilens features (I had no time at all for adding the
   latest wikilens features, sorry Dan)
* finally fix the still broken locale or revert back to 1.3.10
   (without DEFAULT_LANGUAGE='' autodetection support)
* finish Discussion/Article (add Article) navbar link
* check several minor bugs
* fix TextSearchQuery::optimize() with "word -word -word"
   (without optimize it works fine)

I start a new 40hr job on wednesday, so I will have less time for 
phpwiki. Only at the weekend and after 5pm.
But finally my router works again, so I can cvs diff/commit directly.
I want to bring out 1.3.11 and 1.2.8 this week.
