I had to add another php5 eval hack, but now it works finally.

clone() was needed because php5 doesn't do deep object copies,
it just copies the pointer on $obj1 = $obj2.

So you are not forced to use TeX syntax for MathML notations,
and it needs no cached png procesor, just simple MathML.
