It's still not perfect. I'll fix it later.
1. unit tests need to load stdlib.php now before loading pear and 
phpwiki, which fools the memory stats.
2. it shouldn't print "Memory: 0"

Ok.
cgi or local debugging for example crashes if any exe (ps or pslist) is 
not found.

PS: I'm almost done with the php5 fixes. I clearly isolated the problem 
now, why BlockParser_Input::advance() doesn't work in PHP5.
