I'm not sure what this comment means. Surely PhpWiki should announce all 
anti-spam features loudly. Even more than just making spam ineffective, 
people have to KNOW it's ineffective, or they'll keep doing it. I'm sure 
you agree with this. Perhaps you were just saying the features should be 
announced somewhere else.
