[Phpwiki-talk] upgrading from 1.1.9 (!)

I just discovered that the wiki I'm trying to upgrade was using 1.1.9,
which is postively ancient. Can anyone suggest the easiest way to
migrate this to the current version? The old wiki was using dbm, but
I seem to recall a format change for the database at some point; I've
already tried dumping the old databases directly into the new wiki, and
that doesn't work. I can't make a dump of the old wiki becuase I can't
get anything beyond the front page to load.
