Seeing other error messages on your phpwiki, it looks like that this is 
a flatfile database, and for this old version there's a known bug, which 
was fixed about half a year ago.

After the ArchiveCleaner removed old revisions (wich happens 
automatically) the versions get corrupted and these error occur.
So I would recommend to upgrade to the latest release version to fix 
this flatfile bug.

BTW: This has nothing to do with the content on any page. Just how old 
the page is and how many revisions it has. If then there are holes in 
the version history it will fail.
