I just observed this issue again using a virgin wiki page set. This is hosted on a RedHat 9.0 system with php 4.3.9 and phpwiki 1.3.10. I thought our page db might have become corrupted, thus causing the problem. However now I see that this is occurring without regard to the page set. No clue what might be causing this...
