I tested the new sf.net configuration only with CVS HEAD and 
phpwiki-1.2.5, but not 1.3.10.

redhat apache2 has some known problems with the PrettyWiki setup.
I couldn't use a "wiki" file which shoudl do a force-type php and had to 
use a directory handler, as explained in PrettyWiki by Jeff.
