[Phpwiki-talk] 1.3.11 ?

I have a couple of new wikis to create at the moment, will 1.3.11 be 
released soon (a few days), or should I go for 1.3.10 and upgrade later?

Also, has anyone compared MediaWiki with PHPwiki? It seems to be 
increasingly popular, but I don't know why ...
