I've turned off WikiUserNew (ENABLE_USER_NEW = false) at 
http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/
which brings another 300KB memory, and I will check
after the web upgrade how much memory we will have then
to handle larger pages.

Yeah, and I delete userpages which look like spam or nonsense.
We are are very tight on ressources on this site.
