[Phpwiki-talk] please explain this error message?

I have a user who set preferences and now when he logs in,
he gets this with 1.3.10.

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in 
/home/rtems/phpwiki/themes/Sidebar/themeinfo.php on line 37

We are on Fedora Core 1 and Apache 2.0.  We have not editted
anything except config.php.
