[Phpwiki-talk] Getting phpWiki help

Dear Developers,

I appreciate your efforts on phpWiki.  It is extremely difficult to get any
help administering a phpWiki site.

* I would like to change the title of the default home page.
* I would like to change the global access preferences, but I don't see
anything in the Admin area.  I do remember something about this somewhere,
but I can no longer find it.

Can you help?
