Arnaud: I found that I had to do an AllPages to scroll down to the last page restored, create a new zip file containing the remaining unrestored pages starting at the next file, and go from there, removing any 'problem' pages that I encountered for 'analysis'. I was able to successfully create a 1.3.10 MySQL site that works and carried our content over, but the remaining instabilities in the code around LDAP, ANON and BOGO are keeping us on the 1.3.4 build for a little while more. I'll be glad to offer any other help if I can.
