sorry I left out some information

debian sarge with apache2, php4, libapache2-mod-php or like
phpmyadmin (working properly), and mysql 

all from debian mirrors. last version in testing/sarge 

apache  2.0.50
php     4.3.4
phpwiki 1.3.7
mysql   3.23.56
