http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/ uses 1.3.10
and http://phpwiki.sourceforge.net/phpwiki/ uses the latest CVS snapshot.

1.2.4 does not work with register_globals = off and it is not developed 
anymore since some years. just bugfixes are backported when they arrive.
