[Phpwiki-talk] Underlined Unknown Links

Why does lib/Theme.php hardcode in that all unknown links be
underlined? Shouldn't it use HTML::raw instead of HTML::u, and then
allow the themes to decide how to decorate class="wikiunknown" and its
ilk?
