[Phpwiki-talk] Bug #1000500: FreeBSD install doesn't read SERVER_PORT, et al

Subject line says it all.  I have apache2 and php4 installed from
ports, and I have gallery installed from ports.  Gallery works fine,
and gallery's phpinfo.php shows SERVER_PORT and SERVER_NAME just fine.
phpwiki doesn't yet have a phpinfo.php (I made an RFE) but my links
all look like this:

What is a <a href="http://:?WikiWikiWeb">WikiWikiWeb</a>? A
description of this application.

Other than hardcoding the variables, what's necessary to fix this?
