I've added my plugin's info to PhpWiki under the name
InterlinearTranslationPlugin. I would appreciate comments!

Also, it would be great if more experienced plugin-writers would give
me some suggestions on ways to improve the code. (I'm learning PHP via
my knowledge of Perl and reading the existing PhpWiki plugins. :) )
