Oops, I changed the API lately:

    <?plugin WikiFormRich action=zip
             checkbox[] name=include value="all"
             editbox[] name=directory value=DEFAULT_DUMP_DIR
             editbox[] name=pages value=*
             editbox[] name=exclude value="" ?>
