[Phpwiki-talk] Very simple ACL possible?

Hello,

Can I, using phpwiki 1.3.10, just set it up so that one user can have edit 
rights across the wiki, but not deletion rights? A very quick hack to the 
code will suffice, to hardcode this one user in. Any pointers would be 
appreciated.
