Sorry, cannot reproduce.
po/de.po has "NeuesteÄnderungen" for "RecentChanges".
Exactly since 1.3.5 (Revision 1.82, Updated translation strings from 
Helmer Pardun.)

There still exists locale/de/pgsrc/FrischeSeiten for legacy reasons,
but the links should all show "NeuesteÄnderungen".

But I stumbled across another bug with such pagenames.
