[Phpwiki-talk] Blank page from fresh installation

I just installed phpwiki-1.3.10 in at my web host, and when 
I go to index.php, the page I get consists entirely of

<html><body></body></html>

I tried setting it up with mysql and with a flat file, and 
both have the same result. Probably I have misconfigured it 
someplace, but without an error message of some kind, I'm 
not sure where to start. Any suggestions?
